Details

• 2 days advance notice before check-in

• Minimum stay of 7 nights in August, any arrival and departure day

• Minimum of 3 nights in all other periods, any arrival and departure day

• Standard check-in: 4pm - 8pm (16-20)

• Standard check-out:  by 12 pm (12)

• Early or late check-in (upon request)

• Daily, mid-week or weekly cleaning (upon request)

Payment and Cancellation

 

• 30% payment at the time of booking, non-refundable

• 70% (final) payment 14 days before check-in, non-refundable

• 100% payment if booking less than 14 days before check-in, non-refundable

• A security deposit of 300€ (paid on site) will be reimbursed within 10 days of check-out, assuming conditions are respected and no major damage to the property

• Cancellation is permitted, but any paid amounts are non-refundable (except security deposit)

• Payments by bank transfer

• The property can be arranged for photo shoots and small events. Professional activities including photo shoots are not included in standard holiday bookings and must be agreed in advance
